Situation

The context behind the work.

Users needed one platform to manage multiple infrastructure products. Upcoming capabilities also required access to Windows APIs through a local agent service, so the platform had to support both current management workflows and future integrations.

Task

The problem I was responsible for.

Build a modular, cross-product management UI and integrate it with a Windows agent service for product registration, communication, and Windows API access while keeping the experience unified and extensible.

Action

Collaborated with UI/UX, marketing, QA, and system teams to define requirements and establish a composable UI architecture.
Built centralized dashboards and management workflows for multiple infrastructure product categories.
Integrated the frontend with a Go-based local agent service for registration, communication, and Windows API capabilities.

Result

Unified management for NAS, Kubernetes, storage, and high-performance infrastructure products in one platform.
Enabled scheduled virtual-machine backup workflows by connecting Windows APIs with enterprise storage devices.
Established an extensible foundation for future products, integrations, and rearrangeable feature modules.

To respect confidentiality, the project name and selected details have been generalized while preserving the nature of the work and my contribution.
